LUCY was commissioned by Link9 to help illustrate the surging waves of change in patient care for one of their pharmaceutical clients. The shapes of the waves were preliminarily molded in CGI before adding the reams of paper and lighting. The surfer was shot by LSD in studio versus trying to make a stock shot fit the perspective. Final post-production was overseen by maestro, Paolo Dall'Ara.

Christoph Martin Schmid nosed his way into a humorous campaign for Nasivin nasal spray. Creative powerhouses, Fabian Kirner & Bob Hales from TBWA Germany joined up with Christoph in Cape Town shooting the campaign over a three day window. The diverse locations were all within an hour's drive from Cape Town. The desert was a grueling day for all with 100* temps and strong winds. The man in the nose had to walk blindly through the sand only hearing left, right, left, right... The Siberian Gulag Camp was tricky to work out in the hot South African summer heat. They decided to use a salt mine that mimicked a frozen landscape. Christoph created the grey, grim atmosphere by shooting only at dusk.

Team LSD collaborated with TBWA/Italia to produce an award winning campaign for Pershing Yachts. After one day of technical wizardry and one night of testing, LSD set up camp on a cliff overlooking the vast Mediterranean Sea. The captain of the yachts was given an overlay of the words which were place on his GPS Chart Plotter. He followed the letters to a T during lengthy time exposures. The campaign was recently won GOLD at 'Art Director's Italian Club as Best Photography 2013 and was also featured in PDN's 2013 Photography Annual for Advertising.

Marcus Philipp Sauer teamed up with Team One's Creative Director, Kevin Mitchell for a couple weeks shooting the Lexus IS. Overseen by agency producer Jason Lau and John Babor from JB5 Productions, the team shot from south in San Jose to north in San Francisco - even venturing into the snowy Cascades for a few days. Gloss Postproduction handled all retouching and a few CGI elements. Most importantly, we had a very happy client!

Lucky us! Justin Fantl decided to come aboard amidst a flurry of other agent's offers. Chalk it up to our mutual passion for the great outdoors and the tiny town of Hanover, NH. Justin splits his time between LA and New York making him easily accessible on either coast. Some say that his "... clinically arranged still lifes inject delight into the heart like a syringe full of sunshine." A perpetual observer and explorer, he is equally at home in the studio and outdoors. Whether seeking or constructing there is often a nod to the surreal and careful play of color and composition at the root of his imagery.

Automotive photographer, Steffen Jahn joined TMAR New Year's Day! What a nice way to start 2013. Steffen embodies the natural, "not over-produced" look many car companies are once again embracing. Nice to see classic automotive imagery come full circle. In addition to his editorial approach on location, Steffen is no stranger to well lit, highly polished studio images that adorn multitudes of car brochures. Make way - Steffen has arrived!
